What started as a 15-day self-love challenge as she grappled with recovering from a traumatic brain injury has grown into a loyal following and an uplifting community supporting mental health, wellness, and love. Faith serves private clients as a mental health counselor and coach, but also uses her experience and expertise to solve accessibility problems for her community. The former school counselor now shares content about mental health and her personal healing journey to inspire women to prioritize peace, boundaries, and emotional well-being in their lives and relationships. She lives with her husband and two children in Atlanta, Georgia.
