Les changements législatifs enregistrés durant ces dernières années ont été tellement significatifs qu'ils ont pu faire penser à un véritable tournant dans le rapport entre mineurs et justice et de manière plus générale entre enfance et société. On ne peut nier dès lors la tendance de certaines personnes à recourir aux mariages précoces, c'est pour cela que ces derniers représentent un fléau social à remédier. A travers cette problématique, on peut se poser certaines questions qu'on aura la chance de traiter tout au long de notre travail. Quelle est la position du législateur marocain par rapport au mariage des mineurs? Quelles sont les causes du mariage des mineurs au Maroc, ainsi que ses conséquences? Quels sont les facteurs socio-économiques qui contribuent à l'aggravation de ce fléau? On répondra à ces questions selon deux parties ; une première qui sera dédiée à l'aspect juridique et procédural concernant le mariage des mineurs, notamment le mariage de l'incapable en première sous partie, puis les prérogatives du juge de la famille en deuxième sous partie. Puis une seconde partie relative à l'aspect social qui traitera les facteurs socio-économiques menant au mariage des mineurs en première sous parties, puis ses conséquences en deuxième sous partie.
Kourkouz abdellah is a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) Master holder with 5 years of experience in the field. Born and raised inMorocco, Abdellah always had a passion for language and education, and after completing his undergraduate degree in English, he decided to pursue a career in teaching English to non-native speakers. After completing my Master's degree in TEFL, I began my teaching career overseas, where i spent several years teaching English in various countries throughout Africa and Europe. During this time, I honed his teaching skills and gained a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with teaching English as a foreign language. As an experienced TEFL teacher, I has worked with students of all ages and levels, from young children to adult learners. I has taught in a variety of settings, including language schools, universities, and corporate training programs. In addition to my teaching experience, I has also been involved in teacher training and curriculum development. I has worked with other TEFL professionals to develop and deliver training programs for new teachers, and has contributed to the development of TEFL curriculum and materials for language schools and universities. Throughout my teaching career, I has been committed to exploring new approaches and methodologies for language instruction. In addition to my classroom teaching, I has devoted significant time and energy to researching and writing about the field of TEFL. I has authored several books and research papers, exploring topics such as second language acquisition, teaching strategies, and classroom management.
