Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) was developed by two pioneers of excellence in the 1970s. It originated in the field of mental health therapy and was quickly transferred into business contexts to improve individual and team performance with great effect. This book will assist practitioners to get to know themselves in a new and deeper way, which will then impact on their professional practice. When applied in practice, this book has the potential to change the levels of service provided by the practitioners who interact with this book. It is written to enable the reader to value, support and care for themselves in a new way, so that they can become more effective expert practitioners and leaders in their field.
