Alex Covarrubias V. is Full Professor at the College of Sonora in Mexico, and Chairman of the Innovation and Labour Network of the Mexican Automobile Industry. He is a member of the Steering Committee in the Gerpisa International Network and a Research Associate of Canada's Automotive Policy Research Centre. Sigfrido M. Ramírez Perez is a Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for European Legal History in Frankfurt-Main, Germany. He is a member of the Steering Committee in the Gerpisa International Network (ENS-Cachan-Saclay), and the Scientific Committee of the Innovation and Labour Network of the Mexican Automobile Industry.
