Dr. Kui Chen, a professor-level senior engineer and national first-class construction engineer, is the expert of China Railway Group Limited, and the professor of Shenzhen University. He is also the Honorary Director and the Chief Scientist of the "Belt and Road" Science, Technology and Culture Fund under Taofen Foundation. He won the first and second prizes of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the China Patent Excellence Award, the Silver Award in Moscow International Salon of Inventions and Innovation Technologies ARCHIMEDES, the Special Prize of Hubei Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of Henan Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of Tianjin Science and Technology Progress Award, and May 1st Labour Medal of Henan Province. Shengjun Jiao, a Level-2 professor, registered consulting (investment) engineer, recipient of Provincial Outstanding Teacher Award of Shaanxi Province and National Outstanding Teacher Award of Rail Transit Industry, a member of National Mapping Geographic Information Professional Education Steering Committee, the Chairman of Engineering Committee of China Railway Society, and currently Secretary of CPC Committee of Shaanxi Railway Institute.

He has successively won 3 second prizes of the National Teaching Achievement Award (including 1 project in which he served as the leader), and 2 special prizes of the Teaching Achievement Award of Shaanxi Provincial People's Government (including 1 project in which he served as the leader).
