This book incorporates all aspects of hypospadias management, such as step-by-step correction of chordee and modifications in tabularized urethral plate repair, which is the commonest technique used in hypospadias repair, single-stage two-stage repairs of hypospadias with illustrated descriptions. Dr. Amilal Bhat is an eminent Hypospadiologist, Pediatric Urologist and Educator of international fame. Dr Bhat has dedicated his life to Hypospadiology and Pediatric urology. He has developed 6 new operative techniques in pediatric urology, 3 of which have been featured in the Campbell's Text Book of Urology. He has been an operating faculty in various international and national workshops on hypospadias. Dr Bhat has also been a panelist and guest speaker at many international and national conferences and workshops. He has been a prominent educator and has spent 30 years as a consultant urologist, pediatric urologist, hypospadiologist and a teacher with tenure of more than 10 years as a professor and subsequently as principal and dean of Dr S.N.Medical College Jodhpur. He is the recipient of many appreciation awards for development of urology and services to society.
