Dale Sheptak is Associate Dean of Graduate Business Programs and Professor of Sport Management at Baldwin Wallace University, USA. Dale's research focuses on the role of sports in education, how youth sports as a business model is changing the way we coach and develop young athletes, and sport spectator deviance and crime at sport venues and events.

James J. Zhang is Professor of Sport Management at the University of Georgia, USA. His primary research interests are applied measurement and/or applied studies examining sport consumers and organizational behaviors.
