Biblical Organizational Spirituality

This book offers an in-depth exploration of various New Testament passages with the purpose of identifying lessons, values, and behaviors that can contribute to an understanding of organizational spirituality from a Christian worldview. Covering contemporary concepts such as women in leadership, cross-cultural leadership, transparency, and authenticity, each chapter examines an organizational leadership topic through the lens of specific New Testament principles. Auteur

Joshua D. Henson is Associate Professor of Leadership at Southeastern University (SEU), USA, serving in the PhD/DSL program. Prior to joining SEU in a full-time capacity in 2021, he served as a lead pastor in the Church of God for 15 years. He has a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Ecclesial Leadership from Regent University. Since 2015, he has served multiple academic institutions as an instructor and dissertation chair, including Regent University and Lee University.
