The book discusses the study and implementation of controlling in the modern enterprise from the perspective of Industry 4.0, which helps ensure the efficient and effective use of organizational resources in order to achieve planned goals. The aim of this book is to provide the most comprehensive and effective exchange of information on current developments in Enterprise Controlling. The authors describe lean/agile approaches that enterprises can use to reach the highest level of competitiveness in a global environment and help establish channels of communication and disseminate knowledge among professionals working in manufacturing and related institutions. Auteur
Annamária Behúnová is an assistant professor in the field of Industrial Engineering, she works at the Institute of Earth Resources, Faculty of Mining, Ecology, Process Control and Geotechnologies of Technical University of KoSice. Her research is focused on exploring the impact of modern information technologies on changing the strategy of manufacturing enterprises. The introduction of mass customization and therefore the focus on the final customer represents a wide range of consumer needs and requirements that ultimately result not only in the productivity of the production enterprise but also in the associated production costs. She has a wealth of practical experience on the position of the financial manager and lecturer leader.
Lucia Knapcíková, is Vice-dean for International Relations and Mobility at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Informatics at the Faculty of Manufacturing Technologies (FMT) of Technical University of KoSice as researcher. In 2017 she completed her Habilitation for Associate Professor at the FMT in the field "Manufacturing Technologies". In 2011 she completed her Ph.D. study at the above mentioned Faculty. Assoc. Prof. Knapcíková, Ph.D., is author more than 230 scientific papers in Slovakia and abroad and she is owner of 6 utility models. She has participated in several international research projects, mainly in Germany. Most important project is H2020 Less Than Wagon Load (Project duration 2017-2020) in collaboration with Belgium, Germany, Netherland, Italy and Slovakia, where she s position was Faculty project coordinator. She has participated on project EUROSTARS (BRIDGE2ERA Programm) with collaboration of Technical University of Applied Sciences in Wildau (TH Wildau), GermanyShe lectured at the universities in the Germany (TH Wildau), Czech Republic (TU Liberec) and Croatia (J.J. Strossmayer University of Osijek, Mechanical Engineering Faculty in Slavonski Brod). Her area of interest includes SMART technologies, SMART materials, applications possibilities directly in the industry. In the year 2018 she was awarded in the category "Personality of Science and Technology under 35 years". The Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic, in support of the development of science and technology and the recognition of the exceptional achievements in this field, awarded the Science and Technology Awards - the highest award in science and technology, for the year 2018. She is member of European Alliance for Innovation, Belgium (www.eai.eu), TEAM Society in Croatia. She is active member in the Editorial Board of Acta Tecnología Journal (Slovakia), SAR Journal (Serbia). She is responsible person for organizing of International conferences under EAI organization for the Conference on Management of Manufacturing Systems 2022 and previously MMS 2021, MMS 2020, MMS2019, MMS2018, MMS2017, MMS2016 and EAI Fabulous 2022 and EAI Fabulous 2021
Marcel Behún isthe Quaestor of Technical University of Kosice. As a part of his pedagogical and scientific research activities, he works at the Faculty of Mining, Ecology, Process Control and Geotechnologies. He deals with process management, economics and controlling in his pedagogical practice. His scientific and research activity is also focused on the field of mineral and building materials, the efficiency of production and non-production processes, the management of innovations in the manufacturing sector, the controlling of objects management, the quantification of economic and environmental impacts on the environment through the use of secondary raw materials, logistics processes in the manufacturing sector. He is the author of more than 50 scientific publications.
