Auteur
Dr. Mary Kinsella has 30 years' experience in manufacturing technology with the Air Force Research Laboratory, Materials and Manufacturing Directorate, managing programs in additive manufacturing, metallic materials, and electronics processing and inspection. Her experience includes management of multidisciplinary technology development and demonstration programs involving government, industry, and academia. She is a founding member of the ASTM F42 committee on Additive Manufacturing standards, and recently served as the Chair of the US Technical Advisory Group to the ISO Technical Committee 261 on additive manufacturing standards. Dr. Kinsella is a certified coach, specializing in professional coaching for women engineers and scientists. She is a Fellow of the Society of Women Engineers and has served in participatory and leadership roles related to diversity and inclusion, women in government, and STEM outreach.
