Swapna follows national and global issues, and she has organised several fund-raising events (with support from family and friends) for UK charities. Watching comedy shows and documentary movies keeps the author occupied in her spare time. She is also an amateur photographer and is always on the lookout for a good click. Swapna has a special fondness for cooking and spending time in the kitchen when time permits. The author has published two books to her credit - A String of Pearls (2016) and The Forgotten People (2019).
