This book presents the results of studies that determine the most effective ways for human development, ensuring a decent life, and preserving natural resources within the framework of the defined issues. Russia is a large country, both in terms of population and territory, that can significantly influence the achievement of sustainable development goals. Professor Semenov Alexander V., Rector of Moscow Witte University, graduated in 1993 from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology as a physics engineer. In 2003 Semenov Alexander V. was awarded the degree of Doctor of Economic Sciences and became Professor in 2008. He is the author of more than 100 scientific works, including 5 encyclopedias and 4 patents for inventions. The sphere of his scientific interests is the Economics of sustainable development.
Professor Sokolov Igor A., Scientific Adviser of Moscow Witte University. He graduated in 1976 from the faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics of M.V.Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 1999 he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences, in 2008 he was awarded the title of Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences. He has published more than 150 scientific works, including 7 monographs; he is also the author of 23 copyright certificates and patents for inventions. The sphere of his scientific interests is the Distributed automated information and control systems.
