Vahid J. Sadeghi is an Associate Professor in International Entrepreneurship and the Director of the PhD Programme at Aston Business School. He chaired the 50th AIB-UKI conference at Aston Business School (2024). His research focuses on international entrepreneurship, particularly the non-linear internationalisation of entrepreneurial SMEs.
Razieh (Rosie) Sadraei is a Lecturer (research-focused) at the Centre for Business in Society, Coventry University. Her research centres on international business strategy and entrepreneurship.
Surender Munjal is a Professor of International Business at Aston Business School and a global expert on the internationalisation of emerging market multinational enterprises. His research is published in top-tier international business, economics, and management journals.
Sangeeta Khorana is a Professor of International Trade Policy at Aston Business School, holding the prestigious endowed Chair of International Trade Policy from the Chartered Institute of Export and International Trade, London.
