Sophie Morris is an introvert coach, mentor and advocate. As the country's leading introversion expert, her mission is to educate people about what introversion really is (and isn't). She works with clients across a range of backgrounds and ages, and provides training in schools to ensure the classroom is inclusive for all temperaments, and not just extroverts. Sophie is a qualified Stress Management and Resilience Coach and an EMDR practitioner, and is a member of the Association for Coaching and International Coaching Federation.
