He is a senior member of the IEEE, a member of the IEEE MTT-25 Technical Committee, and the treasurer of the IEEE West Virginia Section. Microwave power transmission has a range of promising applications, but in order to make it a reality, the problem of adequate and correct beamforming has to be solved. This book explores the theory behind developing different beamforming techniques that might be used in microwave power transmission.
