Marie Hoy-Kenny is a writer, teacher and mother. Marie is the author of the young adult novel The Girls from Hush Cabin, and her short stories and poetry have appeared in several literary magazines. This Plant Is NOT Boring is her debut picture book. Marie lives in Ontario with her husband, kids and their mischievous poodle.
