He is a member of international scientific and professional societies the National Consortium of Economic Business schools, the Royal Economic Society and Deputy Chief Editor and a member of the scientific board of prestigious international journals Topclass Journal of Business Management, Journal of Reviews on Global Economics, Polish Journal of Management Studies and the Scientific Journal Entrepreneurship. As author and co-author, Dima has published 54 books with prestigious publishers in the USA, Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Croatia, Romania, 280 articles published in prestigious international journals and presented 100 communications in international scientific conferences that were published in ISI proceedings.

Mariana Man is Professor and Manager of the Centre of Economic and Social Researches for Regional Development at the University of Petrosani, Romania, scientific coordinator for PhD Programme in the field of Accounting at the University of Craiova, Romania and auditor for higher education within ARACIS Romania. She is the manager of the Annals of the University of Petrosani, the Economica series, member of national and international scientific and professional societies and member of the scientific board of prestigious national and international scientific journals.
