Keay Davidson is a science writer for the San Francisco Chronicle. His work has also appeared in The Los Angeles Times, Scientific American, National Geographic, Astronomy, and Mother Jones. He is author of Carl Sagan: A Life and co-author of Wrinkles in Time (with George Smoot). He is the winner of the two most prestigious awards in science writing: The National Association of Science Writers Science-in-Society Award and The American Association for the Advancement of Science-Westinghouse Award, for general excellence in science writing. He lives in San Francisco.
