Professor Bernd Vogel is Professor in Leadership, Founding Director of the Henley Centre for Leadership UK & Henley Centre for Leadership Africa at Henley Business School, University of Reading. Bernd earned his PhD at Leibniz University of Hannover. He was also faculty at the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland. Bernd has worked for over 25 years with global companies, business schools and universities. He synergises organisational practice and academic expertise. By assisting humans and organisations in leadership learning journeys he helps them to transform lives, organisations, and societal causes.
