When we think of nutrition and ''eating well'' so many of us jump to the words ''diet'', ''unenjoyable'', ''sacrifice''. Sometimes we can see healthy eating as something we should do rather than something you want to do. This book aims to change that. To alter your perception of eating well and shift away from an all or nothing approach. The perfect starter guide to helping you improve your nutrition, So Good covers everything from mindset, setting up for success, routines, portion sizes, core nutrition foundations, and complete meal plans for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is the go-to book to help you kickstart healthy eating as a lifelong enjoyable habit rather than a fad diet to be ditched in a week. In So Good, Emily explains the principles of healthy living in a fun and relatable way with over 80 vibrant, tasty recipes steeped in nutritional science which are easy and inexpensive to make.
