Auteur
Djafar K. Mynbaev, PhD, is a Professor Emeritus of the Electrical and Telecommunications Engineering Technology Department at the New York City College of Technology, CUNY. He has spent a significant part of his career working in telecommunications and has published numerous papers and chapters for different books on this subject. In academia, he taught many courses in the Electrical Engineering curriculum, and Advanced Circuit Analysis was permanently on his roster. Dr. Mynbaev is an author (with Lowell Scheiner) of the books Fiber-Optic Communications Technology by Prentice Hall, 2001, and Essentials of Modern Communications by Wiley, 2020. He holds over two dozen patents and is a well-known speaker at conferences worldwide.
