A Professional Educator with a compassion for Christian Education and working with grades pre-school to 5th grade. Majority of time is devoted working in the church and community. Attended University of the Pacific, Conservatory of Music in Stockton, CA and served in the USN/USNR. Currently, married for 24 years with 4 young adult sons, one of which has Autism and 6 grandchildren.

Soon As I Get Home, is a memoir of the events that made a severe impact on a young black child and now mature black woman with wisdom, knowledge, determination and self-care encompassed within her life. Travel through the roller coaster journey that is the life of this inspiring woman who continues to fight to reach the heights of her "mountains" never thinking of falling or failing, because of her faith and belief she knows that her God will and can continue to guide and lead her on.
