Bimal Arora is an Assistant Professor at Aston Business School, Aston University, UK, and the Honorary Chairperson of the Centre for Responsible Business (CRB). Having previously studied at London School of Economics and the University of Nottingham, Bimal's research, policy and practice focuses on voluntary regulation and governance, supply chains, and business responsibility and sustainability.
Pawan Budhwar is a Professor of International Human Resource Management and Associate Pro-Vice-Chancellor International (India) at Aston University, UK, where he is also Joint Director of the Aston India Centre for Applied Research. Globally renowned for his research into the international aspects of HRM, Pawan is a Co-Editor-in-Chief of the British Journal of Management.
Divya Jyoti is an Advisor at the Centre for Responsible Business (CRB), and a Dean's Scholar and Doctoral Researcher at Aston Business School, Aston University, UK. Having worked with businesses, civil society and the government on developing sustainable supply chains across different industries, her interests lie in the areas of CSR, private regulation, workers' experiences and their voices.
