He cofounded the Alpha-Omega clinics in Virginia and Maryland, which integrated mental health with the Catholic Faith, and he worked for ten years as president and CEO of Catholic Charities in the Diocese of Arlington. He currently practices at Bennett Therapy and Consulting in Northern Virginia.
