Managers and organizational frameworks have a major impact on employee commitment and performance. Thus, neuroleadership can be understood as the application of discoveries in the neurosciences to personnel management. Neuroleadership means incorporating neuroscientific knowledge with the aim of managing in a brain-friendly way and achieving better results.
