Presentations of work experience in times of Nazism reflect engagements with work under circumstances of forcible coordination ('Gleichschaltung'), persecution, armament economy and war. This study aims to reconstruct the importance of earlier and later work experiences for retrospective structuring of Nazism, by analyzing the arrangements of experience during biographical processes of factory workers.
